How it started. In 1998 H* gave birth to D*.  Dad became a consultant and stayed home. With the occasional help of the inlaws who lived down the street and a babysitter, Dad raised D*.  In November of 2000 H* demanded separation (scroll down to see transcript).   D* and Dad moved to South Austin later filing for divorce, hearing on June of 2001. Mom fought dirty forcing an agreement .  In January of 2002, at almost 4 years of age, D* went to live primarily with H*.   D* continuously asked to go back to his father. Despite coercion from H*, psychologists, and many court orders, he continues to ask . He is now over 11 and it is time for him to get his wish as he has paid for it.
