Psychological Abuse

H* has been taking D* to a psychologist since he was almost 4. What kind of psychologist would not come to D* aid but instead propagate the situation?

During a serious discussion with the child psychologist employed by H* I asked if D* was allowed to express his opinions. I asked the question because D* was afraid of Dr. Dalton and it appeared she was using mental coercive techniques to cover for abuse and to bias a custody case. Dr. Dalton answers "harrumph D* expresses his opinions BIG TIME" cackles and then lets a long trailing maniacal laugh. This is the original recording. Coercion vs. Best Interest Models of Psychology

By law, ethics, and common sense, psychiatry or psychology should not be used to force a child to accommodate the system (coercion model), rather the system should accommodate the child (best interest model). H*'s application of the coercion model is preventing D* from expressing his opinions while teaching him that he must live in an oppressive environment. Consequently it is giving him a great deal of stress.

D* in Psych Ward

D* suffered while being 'debrainwashed' to not want his dad for H* at the University of Geneva Pediatric Psychiatric Ward. He was confined and drugs were used.

2007 to present, H* is paying Dr. Gary Yorke to take over for Dr. Dalton. Here is a Email from Dr. Yorke that says D* must bend to the situation rather than the situation being modified to fit his needs. In my opinion that is a clear statement in support of the coercion model. Dr. Yorke also provided a letter saying he was trained in hypnosis.

2002 to 2007, Seems likely that D* was taken to see Caryl Dalton by H* from 2002 until 2007 for reasons of coercing him into not asking for his father.

H* bluntly insisted on continuing using Dalton over my objections despite joint medical, figure 59 , also in collected sources.
D* thought that Dr. Dalton hated his father and he was clearly uncomfortable with her. Here is a transcript from a rare occasion when D* was talkative. It describes a number of psychological stresses he was experiencing, including with Dalton.
Dr. Dalton testified that she stopped seeing D* because I had disturbed her relationship with D* the day I insisted on being allowed to observe a session. Sworn affidavit from Dr. Freitag says that techniques of mental coercion such as hypnosis have been and continue to be used on D* and could cause irreparable harm.

Example of coercion from stating his opinions. Email from Paul Wood stating that D* had confided in him that Judge Wisser discussed giving people the death penalty during conferral with D*. This is the only judge conferral D* has ever had in the entire eight years of proceedings about him.

Most recent proposed Order in Modification Case written by Judge Wisser condones use hypnosis on D*. I sent this to a newspaper. The judge removed the word hypnosis but left open the possibility with “all means”.

H* put D* on the phone to ask for a school painting given to dad be returned to H*. Multiple items of correspondence, see bottom of index to JS collected case evidence.
