H* wanted U.S. citizenship for the benefit of her Korean family and for moving money: alleged fraud
She then treated baby D* and her new American husband sadistically, and said as much at the divorce:

Dad raised D* until he was 4 when in 2002 D* was sent to H* by family
practitioners in Austin and Round Rock Texas who exploited the situation for their own profit .
They leveraged demands for fees by taking dad's business files, pulling in
clients and coworkers, sending faxes to the company, facilitating H* in making
false accusations, by making direct court orders for dad to pay money,
and by far the ugliest thing: by letting little D*'s suffer.
H* punished D* for begging for his father,
mistreatment of D* and psychiatric treatment since age 3.
She has made it clear to him she has power over him and his father by
repeatedly blocking
phone calls and denying D*'s visitation with his father.
Dad wrote "ITIO a Child" documenting what was being done to D*.
Dad updated then published it in 2008 .
That same year, Judge Jon Wisser of Round Rock ordered that
any psychiatric means could be used on D* . This included drugs and hypnosis.

He reaffirmed
this order in 2009 again explicitly stating hypnosis could be used. D* was sent to Dr. Gary Yorke in Austin.
Dr. Yorke's office explains to dad they have a court order saying they do not need to talk to him, nor
look at case material he provides.
When 11 year old D* refused to return to H* after a holiday in 2009, she used this event as a pretext
to falsely accuse dad of abduction,
yet again and had poor little D*
held in a
psychiatric ward to be treated for
"brainwashing by dad" - he was locked up, isolated, drugged,
and otherwise maltreated and conditioned for an entire month.
When dad met with H* about it, H* requested dad set up a
fund for her, er.. rather D*, see
D* held in the psychiatric ward, and listen to the recordings.
D* loves his father dearly as can be seen in the art, and the
letters he made while being held in the ward. He wrote the note
at the top of this page and sneaked it out of the ward in a gift. Please

H* with help of her legal counsel (at great profit to them) even launched a propaganda war against dad
befitting of a presidential campaign, while getting court orders for him to pay for it.
