D*'s Artwork Done in the Ward


Sail reads: D* and Dad (D's name whited out). Apparently D* reacted to coercion away from his father by making it clear to the staff what he wanted using art and letters and signs.

The boat is a separate drawing and cut out, the background is water. This is a toy D* made to play with. He made some other toys such as a make shift marble set.
