H* says D* is brainwashed and can not see Dad due to his refusal to return after Christmas

H* refuses to take D* to the airport for visits.
Insists instead that dad buy three round trip tickets and rent a car to pick up D*
next to her home. A ticket for Dad to come and get D*, one for dad to return D*
and then one for D*. H* says "It is your fault, you did not come."

2007
|
D* and I were doing a math lesson at a restaurant next door to the place of exchange.
H* showed up ten minutes early and came into the restaurant and demmanded D* come
with her. He asked for ten more minutes so we could finish. Denied.

summer 2007
|
H* put the 'summer interruption' into a sailing trip in a manner to make
it impossible to depart. She refused to change it.

Spring Break 2007
|
On Friday March 9th H* went to the school and picked up before
school let out, so that when I arrived to pick him up after school
he wasn't there. I had to cancel our plans for the week.

Christmas 2006/2007
|
After no action occured on a custody modification
suit H* served me just before vacation requiring me to be present for hearings. Christmas
holiday at the grandparents was canceled.

Summer 2006
|
D* passport expired, I requested it be renewed in February as we
had planned a sailing trip, with crew, in the summer. H* agreed but delayed. Then just before
the trip she refused invoking an emergency hearing. This was delayed and instead of sailing
we were in court. The judge ordered the papers to be signed, but did not provide replacement
vacation time. Many of the crew had taken vacation time also, and it was ruined for them
as well as us.

Summer 2005
|
H* refused to discuss summer vacation schedules, and instead
threatened and dictated. She then arbitrarily removed six days again destroying our plans.

Fall 2004
|
The Thanksgiving schedule fell within a day of a
weekend visit. H* refused to negotiate over the one day, forcing two airplane flights so that
D* could be with her for the odd day.

Summer 2004
|
H* reduced the summer vacation to only two weeks,
making legal arguments of residency within or beyond 100 miles. She argued that Plano Texas
was within 100 miles of Austin.

Spring 2004
|
H* refused to bring D* to visit his father for
seven consecutive weeks.

Spring 2003
|
H* removed D* from the private school in order
to reduce D* visitation time with his father by one day alternating weekends.

Christmas 2002/2003
|
During Christmas break in 2002/2003,
H* reported the child as kidnapped. She failed to tell the police
that her reasoning was that she wanted the Round Rock school district
schedule followed instead of the child’s private school schedule in Austin
( see letters on this page ), despite
the fact that she had already brought this issue up before, and it had been
resolved towards following the schedule of the school the child was in, not
the Travis County public school schedule. This filled the holiday break
with stress for the father and grandparents.

Spring 2002
|
Spring break of 2002 H* reported the child as
kidnapped because the dad picked up his son for the designated
spring break as per the school’s schedule where the child was attending.
H* neglected to tell the police that her reasoning was that she
wanted the Round Rock public school schedule followed even the child
was in a different school. ( see letters on this page )
Correspondence between the dad and
H* ensued, and the H* elected to drop the issue rather
than have a hearing.
