I can't help but notice you didn't send the insurance information.

My understanding from the doctor's office is that the insurance changed
from "AdvancePCS" rewards@motorola - which is the card you provided.
Also the company is now Freescale instead of Motorola is it not?

About Dr. Gritzka's office: I explained this. Dr. Gritzka said that he
would include me in medical decisions etc. independent of the decree -
which they did *not* have a copy of H*. I provided one. Still you
had managed to poison the well and put them on the defensive. Indeed
their office has not answered a registered letter from some months
requesting medical records. Clearly they are not friendly towards me -
you need to select another pediatrician.

I spoke with a doctor today and he says that D*' cough is due to
allergies and has suggested generic Claritin and advised to watch for
the coughing after excise.

Oh, and since you brought up the subject. The proverbial straw that
caused doctor Mirrop to quit was your saying D* had no symptoms of
diary intolerance, when in fact an analytical test showed otherwise.
Why you chose to create a confrontation over this is beyond me - and
caused me a lot of expense. Dr. Mirrop was already on edge due to the
false allegations you made after the temporary orders. Push me on this
and I'll be glad to document them in our email.

Please select a pediatrician H*, and inform him or her of the joint
conservatorship and that I am welcomed in D* life up front,
instead of placing me in the awkward position. Please don't make this
so hard.
