Hi! I'm going to let you guys go and register
yourselves as volunteer and judge; the website is

sciencefest.org

Click on the judge (Tom) or volunteer (Ms. Veach) and
fill out the form. I can do it for you, but I'd need
to ask you all sorts of info, so I figured you might
want to just do it. Also, you get to pick your own
times to be the judge or volunteer. Ms. Veach, I
figured you'd take care of it for your son-in-law, and
then you could coordinate his time with yours. I'll
be there from 8-11 am, and then in the afternoon for
the awards ceremony.

Tom, the judges' meeting is already over, but it was
not required, and it's not like you can't figure it
out really quickly anyway on the day of!

Ms. Veach, just check the Feb. 15 meeting and don't
worry about it. I'm going for both of us. I'll tell
them you were unable to attend and I'm taking notes
for both of us. That should make them happy enough.
Besides, you've proably been a volunteer before, so
you know what you're doing. (Unless of course you are
just so excited to go to a meeting...)
