RE: summer schedule

Per our divorce decree, page 10, for parents who reside 100 miles or less apart, with written notice by April 1,

THOMAS WALKER LYNCH shall have possession of the child for two full weeks beginning no earlier than the day after the child's school is dismissed for the summmer vacation and ENDING NO LATER THAN SEVEN DAYS BEFORE SCHOOL RESUMES AT THE END OF THE SUMMER VACATION IN THAT YEAR, to be excercised in no more than two separate periods of at least seven consecutive days each,as specified in the written notice. These periods of possession shall begin and end at 6:00 pm.

School start on August 16 (Please see the attached calender) and this means that your proposed summer schedule from Aug 1 to Aug 14 should be amended, i.e., the last day of summer possession time should be on/before Aug 8.

Unless I don't hear from you on this matter, I will assume that your summer schedule starts from July 25, 6:00 pm and ends on August 8 6:00 pm.

I know there is a clear difference between less than 100 mile apart and more than 100 mile apart.

I will get back to you after I review our divorce decree from home.
In any case, you should send me a written notification with your signature (before April 1).

I have six weeks off this summer which I would like to spend with D*.
In any case I will take the first two weeks of August. I would suggest the
month of August and two weeks in July.
