sci fair

One person had trouble opeing my attachment, so here
is the text just in case:

To all volunteer judges for the Deep Wood Science
Fair:

Thank You!

You are super people, and I really appreciate you.
Here are all the details that I have. Some stuff may
be more info than you need, but I am just sending it
out to everyone.

Thursday (Joe, Bill, John, Harold, Todd, Mrs. Kemp,
Gene)

Friday (Harold, John, Tom, Dave, Nancy)

The schedule is the same for both days.

Please be at Deep Wood at 8:00 am. You may park in
either parking lot, or even behind the school
cafeteria (look for the Dumpster!). Please stop by
the office and get a Volunteer sticker after signing
in.

Judge's orientation and breakfast will be in the
Conference room at 8:00. Judging will begin promptly
at 8:30. You will have scoring sheets, and meet with
each child for about 3-4 minutes, for a total of about
20-25 children.

Thursday judges will be done by about 11:30, no later
than noon.
Friday judges will be done by about 11:00, no later
than noon.

Lunch will be provided both days. Lots of coffee and
sodas!

Deep Wood is at the corner of Deep Wood and St.
William's, in Round Rock. From
I-35, exit 252A and go west on McNeil Rd. After the
7-11, watch for the next road to the right, which will
be St. William (Round Rock West subdivision.). If you
miss St. William and pass a church on McNeil, the next
road is Deep Wood, which you can also take to the
right. Deep Wood and St. William converge at an
intersection, and that is the site of Deep Wood
Elementary. The phone number for the school is
464-4400.
