Chili SUpper

Hello Deep Wood Volunteers!

The CHILI SUPPER is coming up - Tuesday, February 8th from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
2nd Grade choir is also performing this night.

Kathy Charlton needs our help:

Set up - starting at 3:30 pm ( putting up tables /decorating etc)

Manning the Chili Serving tables from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm ( One hour
shifts) There will be 5 levels of chili tables (2 people per table so I
think I will need 10 people per hour) - Sounds like a lot of people but it
takes that many to make it run smoothly. The last hour - say 7:30 or so it
will take a few less people to man the chili tables because we may run out
of chili at some tables.

Shifts are from : 5-6 pm, 6-7 pm, and 7-8 pm

Drinks and dessert table - same shifts as above. 2-3 people per shift

Ticket sales at the door - same shifts ( 5-6, 6-7 and 7-7:30 or so)

Roving cleaners - thru out the night - keeping the tables clean for new
chili eaters etc..and being able to be flexible to fill in where needed.

Hot Dog makers and sellers : shifts the same - need 2 per shift at least.

            Plus people to cook. ( Hot dogs stop about 7:00 pm)

Clean up crew - 8:00- 8:30 pm
