Call Regarding Altercation between D* and another boy at school

Much of this call is not relevant. However, as you listen to the Tape you understand why the father of the other boy is upset. Apparently, H* Lynch had released some information regarding Tom, upsetting the father of the other boy. It is unclear as to what exactly was said, however, it was clear that the gentleman was upset, going so far as to call the police regarding an alleged altercation between Tom Lynch, D* Lynch and his son "J" that had occurred at the school were the boys attend.
[some comments on this conversation stemming from court records at a custody hearing where the J's father and mother testified: J's mother was initially unhappy because J was not allowed to sit where he wanted to in the cafeteria at lunch time. It appears she suspected it was because he was Hispanic. Unwittingly she called H*'s house to ask for Mr. Lynch. She believed it was Mr. Lynch who told her son he could not sit down where he wanted. (Mr. Lynch has explained that J had been fighting with D and he thought it wise the boys not sit together.) According to J's father during that phone call H* told J's mother that Mr. Lynch was a violent and dangerous person. After getting off the phone she was very upset and wanted to do something about Mr. Lynch. J's mother then had her husband complain. He called Mr. Lynch and was angry with him for 'beating up his son in the school cafeteria.' This is what the story had turned into by the time it reached J's father. Both the school and the court reviewed this. No wrong was found on Mr. Lynch's part by either the school or the court. This is a prime example of
H* manipulating people . ]
