Tape #6 Side B
The first part of the conversation is mostly inaudible, but seems the conversation is regarding H* telling Tom that he is no longer allowed to call the house to speak with D*. Most of H*'s portion of the conversation is too low to understand, but based upon Tom's reposnse we can get an idea of what the Conversation is about. Conversation moves to the disagreement regarding how to discipline D*. H* accuses Tom of poisioning D*. Tom restating his joint right to D*'s medical records. Tom suggests D* sees a psychologist. The conversation is pretty confusing as each party is talking past one another. Dialogue turns to a conversation Tom had with D* regarding D* stating that H* had told him that Tom could be replaced. H* denied this and stated Tom could not be replaced. The conversation ended abruptly as each party decided to stop talking.
Note: Due to the choppiness of the conversation it is hard to follow however there are tidbits of useful information.

Tom Lynch: H*, I know we just got off the phone, but I just wanted to
tell you, you shouldn't worry so much. Your son loves you and that is not going
to change, don't have a crisis over this, its not going to come crashing down
on you tonight. So, keep things together and keep things simple. Your ok. And I
won't be picking up D* for a while, so you will have a lot of time with
him. I'm sure you will be able to get things smoothed out. I know your have a
difficult time here, but in the big picture it really doesn't matter. You are
still his mom. Anyways, I'll talk to later, bye.
H* Lynch: Hello?
Tom Lynch: Hi, I would like to speak with D*.
H* Lynch: He is busy right now.
Tom Lynch: Well, when will he not be busy?
H* Lynch: He is busy right now. Bye
