Called to D* 2005 01 01 8:00PM

(Answering Machine)
Tom Lynch: I'm calling for D*, I would like to speak with my son. If now is not a good time I would like to know when is a good time to call. Its 8:00 on New Years Day. I guess I have another year to look forward to you not answering a cell phone call, or your home phone. You tell me there is some home work you need to get from me. I'm telling you also that I need to see D*'s medical records in their entirety, I don' think you have ever provided any, especially those with his child psychologist. I would like to be kept up to date as I have always said and I think your being a very bad steward of our son by not including his father. In our previous conversation you said children never lie, I don't know if I think thats true. Anyway D* tells me, you might be planning to move to Korea, and he says you want to know how he'd feel about that. Now if children never lie, then is this true? There has also been some other things he has told me, but that I haven't gotten back to it because we don't communicate very well, and I didn't want to be incitefull. But I certainly do want to see his medical records, I think it is very bad judgment to exclude me, and I again I want to ask you stop doing that. You should find a child psychologist that doesn't work for your attorney. Its very poor judgment to pick a child psychologist that works for your attorney, and exclude me. Obviously you didn't have D*'s best interest at heart when you did that. There is still time to change it and make things right and I'm asking you to do that. At any rate I would like to speak with my son. Bye.

Called to H* 2005 01 01 8:10PM

(Answering Machine)
Tom Lynch: Hello, its about ten after eight on New Year's day. I just called the house to speak with D*. You had asked me earlier to call you back. I'm not sure how to make an arrangement for you to come and get homework and such. And also, you should know I want copies of medical records. I have said this in e-mail many times. I want to know whats going on with D* and the child psychologist. As I mentioned on the other line, you had told me kids never lie, D* has told me that you told him, to come and tell me that the child psychologist is quitting. Basically he is telling me you told him to come and lie to me. If kids never lie then H* I'd have to say that was a very low thing for you to have done putting a child, our child in the middle of these petty and vindictive acts is about as low as it gets. Anyways, when can I get the medical records, call me back so we can arrange a place to drop off a reading assignment otherwise I will leave it with the school. Anyways, I would like to speak with my son on the phone, for many months you have not answered your phone. You even put D*'s voice on the answering machine saying he is not home. You have never called back letting me know when would be a good time to call.

Called to H*

(Answering Service)
Tom Lynch: Also H*, about Lika, it seems you don't want the dog, she was outside without tags. When I dropped D* off I gave you guys an opportunity to take Lika and you didn't take Lika, so you said you had the tags at the house then I asked to get the tags so I could put them on her, and then you say you want Lika back. So I guess I conclude you don't really have tags. As far as meeting to exchange Lika, as I said when I dropped D* off that's fine. So call me back and we'll arrange a time to exchange Lika. I would like you to acknowledge that I want medical records, I want to know whats going on with my son and I want to be able to talk to him on the telephone. I even sent him a really nice telephone, and I'm told he can't use it. dunno you really should tell me a good time when I can talk to my son. When I was dropping D* and you said you didn't want Lika you said it was because D* said he wanted Lika to stay with me, I think that is understandable, actually the dog is his dog. Its not my dog, its not your dog, its D*'s dog. Why don't we talk and see what D* wants, I think that is probably the bast answer. Of course I would like to talk with my son. I'm disappointed that you put him the middle of the dog thing. I feel bad about this, I dunno, when is this nightmare going to stop? This vindictiveness of your is just amazing. You brought up the court order about not going to the house, you know I agreed to that court order. I have given you a lot in this divorce. You lost custody in the temporary orders, and I came back and gave you a joint managing conservatorship. You know not everybody would have done that. You know I volunteered to that protective order so that we could smooth things over so that we could get an agreement. And you have tried to pawn me off into the head wind ever since, using it as a weapon. One you got all the property, what more could you want. Can you not just drop this shroud of yours its really doing D* a lot of harm. If you had one stich of sense, you would change course on this. It has been three years now since, and still try to get me at every corner. H* it is just too much.

(Answering Machine)
Tom Lynch: H*, I would very much like to speak with D*. As I said on my previous messages, just let me know when a good time to call is. If I'm not calling at a good time just let me know when a good time would be. You never answer this phone, or very rarely answer it, only when you are expecting it to ring because you told me to call. What does it take to talk my son? Something's happened this weekend that I think he'd like to know about, and certainly we'd like to discuss it. So how can I get a hold of him?
