| H* Lynch: | You want to go further? I just want to get D*'s homework bag. |
| Tom Lynch: | You saw the dog when I brought D* to be dropped off. I asked if you wanted her and you said no. |
| H* Lynch: | D* wanted her to stay at your place. |
| Tom Lynch: | Well which way is it suppose... |
| H* Lynch: | I wanted her back, it doesn't matter about tags. |

Now I have sent e-mail many times... | H* Lynch: | Ok, I just want to hang up, just leave me a message and I will return it. Thats all I want to hear. | Tom Lynch: | No, I need to know other stuff, I need copies of D*'s medical records. I have sent you e-mail many times you don't reply, I have called the cell phone, I called the home phone and you never answer. So I apologize but it is a rare opportunity to get to talk with you. And I would like to take this opportunity to get some forward progress on medical records. Can I get copies of his medical records? It appears she has hung up. |

Tom Lynch: Hello this is call for D*. it is the 27th and I'm astonished to not be able to get through to speak to him. Ummm, I love my son very much, I'd like to talk to him on the phone.
H* Lynch: I got a call from the PE class because he didn't have the appropriate clothes for PE class activities. (inaudible). It is hard to understand the full reason for the call, only certain words are distinguishable, however it appears that she is not happy about the PE clothes as well as some other indicernable issue. She is asserting that Tom is hurting his learning abilities.
(Answering Machine)
Tom Lynch: Uh H* you just called, anyways I'd like to speak with
D*, and if you know a good time to call please let me know. I will call
your cell phone regarding the other items you mentioned on the voice
recording. Gosh, I must have just missed you. You called me and I called you
back and there is no answer. So you called me 20 minutes ago.

H* Lynch: Hello?
Tom Lynch: H* I dialed your cell phone number, either you don't leave
this on or there is something wrong, since you don't seem to answer very
often. About D*'s shoes for gym class, I apologize. I was never given
any information the he was supposed to be wearing a special kind of shoe on
a special kind of day. And the reason for that is you don't share the notices
that go home. About D* backpack, uh I just got back from the school I
must have just missed you I left it there in the office. The other kids were
sitting there on the stairs, I don't know why D* wasn't there with
them. So anyways those were the two items you were concerned about. And I
would appreciate if you would return his hat, boots and gloves the next time
is coming over here. Especially the gloves they are for his bike riding they
save his hands if he should fall. Of course the hat and the boots belong to
D*, Anyway i hope you guys have a good Thanksgiving. Oh thats right,
who's Thanksgiving is it this year? Its your Thanksgiving this year since you
had the first Christmas last year. Please let me know. And when is a good time
to call. I call the house all the time and I never get an answer. Whats up
with that? Bye.
[039]
Tom Lynch: Oh I miss you already D*, ah to bad you don't get your
phone messages, and it is too bad they don't let you talk on the phone. Whats
up that H*? How come you don't let him talk on the phone? I left you a
voice mail message on your cell phone. So, Bye.
[049]
[050]
[051]
Tom Lynch: This is a call for D*, its your dad, love you, bye.
[052]
Tom Lynch: Hello?
H* Lynch: Its H*, I would like to confirm that tomorrow you are
picking him up.
Tom Lynch: Yup.
H* Lynch: Ok bye.
Tom Lynch: Hey wait, Thanksgiving?
H* Lynch: Thanksgiving?, My week.
Tom Lynch: Yup, ok.

Called to D* 2004 11 06 6:30PM
Tom Lynch: I'm calling for D*, can I speak with him? H* is
there another time when I should call? By the way the got my e-mail about the
picture forms right?
[055]
Tom Lynch: H*, well this a call for D*. Are you are there
D*. H*, D* tells me he gets consequences for talking to me on
the telephone. I would like that stopped immediately. That so called
confidential letter you were sending me is in fact is a bill from the Mayo
clinic. You know I spent thousands of dollars because you refused to admit he
was dairy intolerant, and I had to go take him for an analytical test. I
still would like you to split those expenses with me. I haven't forgotten about
it and I think it is awfully rotten of you to say your not going to spend a
penny on so please contact me so that we can arrange to split those
expenses. Also I have thousands of dollars in travel expenses and you haven't
spent a cent on travel expenses, which you are supposed to according to the
divorce decree so I would also hope that you would contact me so that we could
split those expenses. In the past I have sent you letters with the amounts you
know those will work if you would settle with that. Anyways have a good
evening.

Tom Lynch: This is a call for D*. H* what does it take to talk
to my son. Two weeks to wait to talk to my son is too much for the both of
us. What does it take? Please give me a call and tell me what does it take to
talk to my son.
[060]
Tom Lynch: H*, can I pay to be able to talk to D*? I'm serious
is there some amount of money that I can pay you so that I can speak with
D* on the phone without consequences. Surely it would be in his best
interest.
[061]

Tom Lynch: I miss you D* I hope to see you soon.
[068]
Tom Lynch: This is a message for D*, and I have been calling it
seems you have the idea that I haven't been calling, thats not good. So I hope
that you will get my messages. H* also, you haven't returned D*'s
cowboy boots. Those cowboy boots go with the suit Mom and I got for his great
grandmother's funeral and he wore them there and they go with the rest of the
little outfit. You really need to return those. I'll talk to you all later.
[069]
Called to H*'s Cell Phone
Tom Lynch: H*, I'm calling because of the phone issue. I have dialed
this phone number for D* hundreds of times and taking up hours of time
and never having received an answer, with one exception over months. I want to
be able to speak with my son. Now, D* tells me I haven't been calling,
but I have been calling and its real mean of you to give D* the
impression that I don't care and haven't been calling when have been calling
often. So what does it take to be able to get through to be able to speak with
D*. Now, what does it take. Do I need to be dialing a different number?I
think it was really mean of you guys to have him call the other number after I
told you it wasn't working and had given you my new number. He was pretty upset
about that. So what does it take to be able to speak with my son.

disappointed I am that you won't let me talk to him.
[072]
Called to D* 2004 12 14 7:00PM
Tom Lynch: H* I Miss D* terribly, can't you just let me talk to
him on the phone? Is this to much to ask?
[073]
Called to D* 2004 12 26 9:00PM
Tom Lynch: Its a little bit ironic that you would call my cell phone and
complain that I never answer my phone, when you never answer yours. I don't
know what end this is supposed to serve. I would like to speak with my
son. You could always have him call me.
[074]
Called to D* 2004 12 31 7:18PM
Tom Lynch: This is a message for D* of course. I want to wish you a
happy new years. I would sure like to talk with you on the phone. Um Jay I
guess its maybe you that is filtering these messages based on the conversation
I had with you when we met to exchange D*. You have taken a lot of
information here without knowing both sides of the story, and I you know I
love my son a great deal, and its a pretty low person that prevents a son from
speaking to his father. Is that the position you want to be in, and are you
really so sure of your self to be doing this. You know I have sent e-mail,
about Lika, the insurance, and not being given access to medical records and
not being given access to what my son talks about with Carol Dalton. Are you
really sure you want to ostracize me? You yourself might be a father someday
how would you feel if you weren't able to talk to son on the phone, or being
able to find what was happening with him medically if you ex had strung big
yarns in order to create distance. If you really want to know both sides of
the story if you want to really know what is going on then you ought to give
me a telephone call. Now I understand that I had left you my number then let
my son call me on my old number, and said nothing. Thats pretty mean. If your
really against mean people and for nice people are you doing the right thing?
[075]
Called to D* (Date Unknown)
Tom Lynch: H*, its nice to get you on the telephone.
H* Lynch: Yes.
Tom Lynch: I sent you some e-mail on the 26th, did you get it?
H* Lynch: I don't get e-mail I'm on vacation.
Tom Lynch: I see. When will you be checking e-mail?
H* Lynch: When I go back to work.
Tom Lynch: Which will be when.
H* Lynch: (inaudible)
Tom Lynch: Let me know when you want Lika back, and you said Lika has tags
at your place.
H* Lynch: Yess.
Tom Lynch; Well she wasn't wearing any tags, I'd like to pick up the
tags. Can we do that?
H* Lynch: No.
Tom Lynch: And why is that?
H* Lynch: You can't have the tags because that is D*'s
dog.(inaudible).
Tom Lynch: What is due in December?
H* Lynch: (inaudible)
Tom Lynch: I don't know what that is. Who is Lika's doctor, I can call the
doctor.
H* Lynch: Oh stop it. Just bring the dog over here. Ok tomorrow I
don't want to deal with this.
Tom Lynch: All you have to do is tell me who the vet is. I call and
ask...
H* Lynch: Why do always have to know "who does this, who does what"?
I don't want to deal with this.
