Tom Lynch: Hello this is call for D*. it is the 27th and I'm astonished to not be able to get through to speak to him. Ummm, I love my son very much, I'd like to talk to him on the phone.

H* Lynch: I got a call from the PE class because he didn't have the appropriate clothes for PE class activities. (inaudible). It is hard to understand the full reason for the call, only certain words are distinguishable, however it appears that she is not happy about the PE clothes as well as some other indicernable issue. She is asserting that Tom is hurting his learning abilities.

I will call your cell phone regarding the other items you mentioned on the voice recording. Gosh, I must have just missed you. You called me and I called you back and there is no answer. Tom Lynch: H*, I'm calling because of the phone issue. I have dialed this phone number for D* hundreds of times and taking up hours of time and never having received an answer, with one exception over months. I want to be able to speak with my son. Now, D* tells me I haven't been calling, but I have been calling and its real mean of you to give D* the impression that I don't care and haven't been calling when have been calling often. So what does it take to be able to get through to be able to speak with D*. Now, what does it take. Do I need to be dialing a different number?I think it was really mean of you guys to have him call the other number after I told you it wasn't working and had given you my new number. He was pretty upset about that. So what does it take to be able to speak with my son.

Tom Lynch: Its a little bit ironic that you would call my cell phone and complain that I never answer my phone, when you never answer yours. I don't know what end this is supposed to serve. I would like to speak with my son. You could always have him call me.

Tom Lynch: This is a message for D* of course. I want to wish you a happy new years. I would sure like to talk with you on the phone. Um Jay I guess its maybe you that is filtering these messages based on the conversation I had with you when we met to exchange D*. You have taken a lot of information here without knowing both sides of the story, and I you know I love my son a great deal, and its a pretty low person that prevents a son from speaking to his father. Is that the position you want to be in, and are you really so sure of your self to be doing this. You know I have sent e-mail, about Lika, the insurance, and not being given access to medical records and not being given access to what my son talks about with Carol Dalton. Are you really sure you want to ostracize me? You yourself might be a father someday how would you feel if you weren't able to talk to son on the phone, or being able to find what was happening with him medically if you ex had strung big yarns in order to create distance. If you really want to know both sides of the story if you want to really know what is going on then you ought to give me a telephone call. Now I understand that I had left you my number then let my son call me on my old number, and said nothing. Thats pretty mean. If your really against mean people and for nice people are you doing the right thing?

H* Lynch: Yes.
Tom Lynch: I sent you some e-mail on the 26th, did you get it?
H* Lynch: I don't get e-mail I'm on vacation.
Tom Lynch: I see. When will you be checking e-mail?
H* Lynch: When I go back to work.
Tom Lynch: Which will be when.

Tom Lynch: Let me know when you want Lika back, and you said Lika has tags at your place.
H* Lynch: Yess.
Tom Lynch; Well she wasn't wearing any tags, I'd like to pick up the tags. Can we do that?
H* Lynch: No.
Tom Lynch: And why is that?
H* Lynch: You can't have the tags because that is D*'s dog.(inaudible).
Tom Lynch: What is due in December?
H* Lynch: (inaudible)
Tom Lynch: I don't know what that is. Who is Lika's doctor, I can call the doctor.
H* Lynch: Oh stop it. Just bring the dog over here. Ok tomorrow I don't want to deal with this.
Tom Lynch: All you have to do is tell me who the vet is. I call and ask...
H* Lynch: Why do always have to know "who does this, who does what"? I don't want to deal with this.
