• D* explains H* told him that she doesn't love him

• D* told to put message on machine that said he was not home to his dad, though often he was home.
• D* still believes the reason he can't live with his dad is that H* got the house (see chapter 4), so he begs dad to buy a house.

• Judge Wisser explains that he sent people to their deaths before asking D* about his mom.

8. After the Hearing and The Appeal 2008

• Judge Wisser officially finds the expert who admitted to have no information, Sally Ray, to be credible. (Many other inconsistencies described in text.)

• Grandma and D* exchanging email D* expresses his concern he not allowed to live with dad because he does not have a house. Grandma replies.
