D* climbing stove
to get boiling water. H* appeared to be
watching TV while babysitting. I came downstairs
because I heard D* crying. (I pulled the date from
my journal, the book shows this in chronology later
than it should.)

CPS agreed that it wasn't dangerous, though one of the
officers declined to demonstrate the safety, even being
offered $2000. He worked as a PI for $70 an hour.

D* fed many bottles of
Triaminic. NPR had an article that warning of
Triaminc. It went on sale at Walgreens, and H* bought
a whole bag of them, six or seven bottles. I
discovered on this day that they were all gone. They
were given to D*. H* says it was only three or four
bottles. [Appears to be on tape 2000_11_17_21_50.mp3.
Also from my journal. Looking at the NPR archives, it
looks like the article was on November 6.]

D* crying at dinner -
apparently H* fined him $500 for scratching her car when he
ran into it with a bike, and then explained he would be
in debt and have his allowance taken for years to come.
|
| 2002 |
D* cried about
having had needles in his candy at H*'s place. H*
boyfriend says that I planted this incident in D*'s mind
due to the word game I played to get him talk. This is
not a plausible explanation due to the magnitude of his
response and the fact that he told a surprising story.

psychologists .

D* found to have tissue
damage in gut. A lot of controversy around this.
The doctor suggested it was fructose intolerance. Two
of the nurses working for the doctor complained that
there was more to it. In the least it is unusual to
biopsy a child for fructose intolerance.

her - to protect his father.
|

D* refuses to return to his mother again the after
Christmas. This time H* refuses to answer calls at
all. D* is placed in a psychiatric

classical conditioning. He is allowed to leave any
time with his mother, but told he must stay indefinitely if
he wants his dad.
This is not the first
time.. See also lies H*
