Spring break of 2002 I received a call from round rock police looking for D*, they had not been
told that it was D* school's actual spring break time. Later H*'s attorney Sara Brandon said
she made the accusation because she wanted us to follow a school schedule for a school
in a different city than D* attended.
This is documented in these letters.

Even though the issue of the school schedules had already been played out,
H* through her attorney Sara Brandon made the same accusation
based on the same reasoning the next Christmas.

August 2006 I was reported for dog abduction when D* brought his dog.

police over this.

The Summer of 2008 at the end of he break
D* did not want to return back. I had to hire a counselor
and took him to the airport a number of times. Yep, and all the while I was getting calls from the
Round Rock police department.
H* tried to motiviate D* to return by tearing
down his ego with insults
and by threatening him with having to go to psychologist Gary York. He was shookup and very afraid.

Christmas this year D* again refused to return. This time H* ignored phone calls. We
also sent email. It did not help that D* did not want to talk to H*. Instead of talking with D* H*
went directly to the police and reported him abducted.
She lied to them saying we had not called but once, and said we had not otherwise
contacted her. Again, no one spoke directly with D* or myself. H* had
D* locked in a psychiatric ward to be treated for "brainwashing" due to his asking
for his father. This is not

she has used psychologists to try and cure him from
asking for dad or has accused D* of "that is your dad talking" not you,
