D* Pleading with all his might to have his Dad, Dr. Clinton denies him access.

May 13, 2009 after D* has been in the psych ward for one week.  Dr. Clinton is in charge of D*.  The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, drafted in this very city, says that a child's words are to be heard and acted on appropriately, and guarantees that the government will not excessively interfere with the parental relationship.  The Hague Convention on child abduction says that a child D*'s age can not be held in this manner against his will.

You will have see with the {child protective services}.

[anguish]
If you don't go away I have to call security. I will ask you to speak with the {child protective services} you are not entitled...

They were playing a game where each pointed at the other.  Dr. Clinton had avoided me, no one in the ward would let D go always referring to the doctor.

Let me have my Dad!

You are violating the Hague convention. You are violating the Hague convention article 13.  He has a right to state his opinion.  He has not been given that right.
Not to mention the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and a number of other laws.

Let me go to my daaad!
Ok, the Service

The judge has sent a letter, and the letter said it was up to the doctor.

Things have changed, so speak with your lawyer, he has ..
